Previously, we have looked at the global distribution of the behavioural styles compiled from 44,235 individual Extended DISC Personal Analysis Reports collated in 2006.
Extended DISC International continue to monitor the consistency of reporting each year and although the data recorded is not taken from all reports generated during the year by any stretch of the imagination, the total population used for the 2008 research was 63,684. This, compared to 2007’s figure of 57,955 and 44,235 Personal Analysis Reports used in the 2006 validation provides a solid basis for the statistics used in the latest Validation Study.
The Global Distribution of the four main styles over the last six years is shown in the table below.
The stability of the instrument (proved by the very high correlation between the different years) supports the claim that the instrument has been able to maintain its reliability.
